Shipping policy

  1. How long will shipping take? - We ship from Perth, Western Australia. Shipping within Australia will take 7 - 10 days. Shipping international will take  an estimated 14 - 21 days, depending on the destination country.

  2. Is this Cheermate Cheer Pony real hair or synthetic hair? - All our Cheer Ponys are premium Kanekalon fibers, which mimic the look and feel of natural hair. We prefer this over real hair as it lasts longer and doesn't tangle.

  3. Can I curl or straighten my Cheermate Cheer Pony? - Yep! Just keep it under 150 - 160 degrees celcius.

  4. How do I put it on? - Tie your hair in a tight high bun (or use a  hair donut) and secure it well with bobby pins, then attach the Cheer Pony around it for a flawless finish.

  5. Can I wash my Cheermate Cheer Pony? - Yep! A quick dunk in cool water + a gentle shampoo then leave to air dry.

  6. Is the Cheermate Cheer Pony heavy? - Nope! Once securely attached even our tiny and mini competitors can wear the cheer pony all day long!
